Human Resource Lead – AVA Medical

AVA Medical is looking for an experienced Human Resource Lead  to work closely with  the Chief HR Officer to provide a wide range of HR Support to various business units, including but not limited to talent management, employee engagement and employee relations. This role will also be involved in the delivery of a variety of HR projects.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department of the various Business Units.
• Partner with Managers and provide support on a broad range of HR policies and procedures of various Business Units.
• Address the day-to-day employee issues.
• Handle the talent acquisition process and the group reporting.
• Be the guardian of the HR policies and procedures across the group.
• Develop, review, audit and improve HR policies and procedures  across the group.
• Coordinate the various initiatives related to Change Management across the group.
• Assist in driving the Performance Management system across the group.
• Assist in  the various initiatives related to the employee engagement.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in a HR generalist role.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
• Very good written and oral communication skills, both in English and French.
• Muti-task, and ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Confidential and discretionary nature
