Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs
• Provide support in performance management processes and probation evaluations
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events
• Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and reporting
