Human Capital Officer - IBL Commercial Engineering

The IBL Commercial Engineering Cluster, operating within four diversified business units, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HC team in the daily operations for the smooth running of the departmental functions including interviewing candidates. 
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including current employee changes.
• Be a support to the Training department regarding internal & external training, HRDC submissions and follow up.
• Providing advice and guidance on employee-related issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HC function by staying updated on relevant legislations, regulations, and industry best practices. 
• Provide support on HC projects as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years track record in a similar role.
• Fluent in MS Excel and Human Resource Information Systems.

OTHER PREREQUISITES

• Good planning and coordinating skills.
• An eye for details
• Holder of a valid driving license.
• Self-starter and ability to be multi tasked.
• Must be available to work odd hours and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
