Our client is currently seeking to recruit a liable Household Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and training household staff such as housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and nannies. This may involve scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring that staff members adhere to household standards.
  • Overseeing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, landscaping, and HVAC servicing, as well as coordinating repairs and renovations as needed.
  • Keeping track of household supplies, groceries, and other essentials, and replenishing items as necessary.
  • Creating and implementing systems for organizing various areas of the household, including closets, storage spaces, and common areas.
  • Collaborating with chefs and preparing meals according to dietary preferences and requirements of household members. This may involve grocery shopping, menu planning, and overseeing meal service.
  • Organizing and coordinating special events or gatherings hosted by the household, such as parties, dinners, or celebrations.
  • Planning and coordinating travel arrangements for household members, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
  • Handling administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining household records.
  • Implementing security measures to safeguard the household and its occupants, such as installing alarm systems, coordinating with security personnel, and managing access control.
  • Providing personal assistance to household members as needed, such as running errands, organizing personal appointments, and coordinating recreational activities.
Profile:
  • A diploma in hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, such as a household manager &  housekeeping executive.
