RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains the storage, preparation and service areas perfectly clean and hygienic, in conformity with the hotel standard.
• Storing, issuing, washing of all operating equipment.
• Use properly equipment, tools, and products.
• Cleaning, disinfecting and removing of all the garbage bins, send to the garbage room well attached.
• Proper handling of materials and equipment to avoid breakage.
• Reports bad functioning of all equipment and operating equipment to superior for any repair or defect.
• Moving tables, chairs and equipment, their loading and unloading within the hotel premises.
• Performs ancillary duties.
EXPERIENCE
• Secondary level;
• NC 3 in Food and Beverage from the Hotel School or equivalent;
• Previous experience in similar field is essential.
