Helper

This position is responsible for assisting production, maintenance & warehouse functions.

Reporting to :

            Executive – Production

Key Responsibilities :

• Controlling and executing machine operations, including starting and stopping the machine,
• Understanding the overall production plan and the contribution by individual machines towards the plan,
• Adhering to and understanding the daily production plan,
• Understanding all machine parameters and assessing their overall impact,
• Controlling the wastage and maintaining stipulated quality standards,
• Performing efficient troubleshooting and minimizing downtime of machine by coordinating with concerned department,
• Developing team members and mentoring junior shop-floor personnel,
• Ensuring strict adherence HSE and quality standards,
