DTOS Capital Markets Ltd seeks a Head of Sales who will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function within the stockbroking and capital markets division.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution, identification of new market opportunities and forecast of sales targets
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying and pursuing cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Team Leadership and Development by establishing performance KPIs and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Market Analysis and Research by staying alert on market trends and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to ensure competitive positioning
- Product and Service Development to create and enhance stockbroking and capital market products that meet client needs and collaborate to develop campaigns that promote the company's offering.
- Effective Compliance and Risk Management to maintain the highest standards of client transparency and fair dealing.
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring by preparing regular reports for senior management and using data driven analysis to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field or any related qualification from the Chartered. Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within stockbroking or capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performance sales teams.
- Experience in managing relationships with institutional and HNW clients.
