Head of Rigging

A Head of Rigging is responsible for overseeing all aspects of rigging operations in various industries, particularly in different type of events.

The Head of Rigging will be responsible of overseeing all rigging operations, managing a team of riggers, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of rigging tasks across Impact Production Ltd.

        Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of riggers, ensuring they have the training and resources necessary to perform their duties safely and effectively.

       Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in rigging operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety standards.

Ability to design, plan, and execute complex rigging setups.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in rigging, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
