We are hiring a Head of Laboratory in Seychelles.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Laboratory Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational laboratory management.
- Familiar with International Standard like ISO 17025.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety measures.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
