Veranda Grand Baie Hotel and Spa is looking for passionate and talented candidates to join the Team ! Candidates residing in North, Port Louis, lower/higher Plaine Wilhems or East will be considered.
SC level or equivalent, professional training and experience
At least 3 years work-related experience in F&B operation as waiter or 1 year as Chef de Rang
Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
Train and motivate subordinates for which he/she is responsible
Supervise the quality of the service offered to guests
Take guests’ order promptly and do the proper follow up as per each oulet
Handle customer complaints efficiently and reports to his/her superior
Ensure and help waiters in their duties (clearing, cleaning, “mise en place”, service)
Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
