Take overall responsibility for the operational management of all wines within the hotel and ensure guests receive a service as per standards
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Sommelier Team.
- Recommend guests with the perfect wine experience.
- Monitor beverage costs while ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
- Review guest feedback and to ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Provide adequate training to other sommeliers.
Profile
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as overall excellent customer service required
- Team Player
- Computer Literate
- Having a flexible approach to work
