We are seeking for a Handyman to join our team at Capital Horizons ltd in Floreal, Mauritius. Capital Horizons Ltd is a 100% privately held organisation by the Kundomal & Co, which owns interests in financial services, fund managers, real estate development companies and Technology companies.

Responsibilities:

1.	Performing carpentry work such as building, repairing, or installing wooden structures, furniture, and shelves.
2.	Painting walls, ceilings, and other indoor surfaces, as well as applying wallpaper or other decorative finishes.
3.	Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets, and repairing or installing pipes and fixtures.
4.	Troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets, and performing minor electrical installations and repairs.
5.	Outdoor Maintenance and Landscaping.
6.	Mowing lawns, trimming bushes, pruning trees, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.
7.	Watering plants, fertilizing soil, and applying pesticides or herbicides as needed.
8.	Repairing fences, gates, outdoor furniture, and other outdoor structures.
9.	Cleaning outdoor surfaces such as decks and driveways.
10.	Planting new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
11.	Removing weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials from outdoor spaces.
12.	Conducting routine maintenance checks on both indoor and outdoor equipment, machinery, and facilities.
13.	Performing safety inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in similar position.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
