Handyman

The ideal candidate will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation and safety of residential or commercial properties.

🔧Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks in the office and yard, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting jobs.
• Inspect and repair any structural damage or malfunctioning equipment, ensuring that the workspace remains safe and operational. 
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of workspaces, including repairs to furniture, office fixtures, doors, windows, and other infrastructure. 
• Work with the Maintenance Officer to ensure all maintenance tasks align with company requirements. 

📋What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Vocational training in a related field (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, electrical work) is a plus/ NC3 Electric, Plumbing, Air Conditioning or relevant certificate from MITD .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
