Compagnie de Beau Vallon Ltée is one of the main economic players in the Southeast of the island. We have considerably diversified activities over the past fifteen years into key sectors such as diversified agriculture, hospitality and property development.

We are currently seeking a new Human Resources Manager to join our People team at corporate level. Reporting to the Group HR Manager you will support the improvement of our group culture and work on various HR project and initiatives such as performance reviews, learning and development, employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive employee policies to foster a positive working environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring process and onboarding process.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee payroll and follow pay schedule. 
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Make sure our BUs comply with labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain administrative tasks related to employee benefits and information.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation of employees.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources 
  • An advanced understanding of labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Organisational expertise
