We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team full-time for a 1-year fixed-term contract for a client in the renewable energy sector.

Location: Ebène, Mauritius
Contract Duration: 1 year
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies on construction sites.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project-specific standards.
• Provide training and support to site teams on HSE best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

• Relevant certificates in the field of HSE.
• Proven experience in HSE on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
