Summary

 

Our HR Services team based in Mauritius is currently looking for a new team member. The team is responsible for Payroll and Employee Data Administration in 28 Middle East & African countries and delivers value through high quality and cost competitive processes. The BPO expert contributes to or leads international projects and initiatives with the focus on process improvements, transformation and digitalization within the scope of this subregion but also EMEA x-country if required. He/ she directly reports into the Sr BPO manager EMEA and works closely together (in tandem) with the HRS SSC MEA country manager.

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

 
  • Act as change agent in the HRS transformation, identifying improvement and standardization opportunities and driving change from within
  •         
  • Drive process automation and digitalization projects to bring efficiency within existing processes, but also enhance the user experience of HR processes and products
  •         
  • Support the creation of business cases for identified improvement opportunities and projects
  •         
  • Responsible to deliver projects and initiatives in a highly dynamic environment in time and budget with high customer satisfaction
  •         
  • Pro-actively monitor KPIs and initiate improvement projects (e.g. on quality, efficiency, or user experience)
  •         
  • Ensure transparent and open communication on projects status, risks/opportunities as well as changed project scope to all stakeholders
  •         
  • Support global surveys and regular / ad-hoc preparation of report- and planning documents x-country
  •         
  • Support HRS Management in handling performance management, strategic initiatives, and project related topics
  •         
  • Prepare, support and follow up on business review- / performance review meetings
  •         
  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers and colleagues
  •         
  • Managing the landscape of the ticketing tool and all its requirements
  •         
  • Support SLA, OLA and CPA creation / modification and calculation of Business Partner charges
  •         
  • Be an active part of the HRS EMEA BPO community and HRS global BPO community and drive best practice sharing with peers and stakeholders
  •         
  • Act as an internal consultant where people will turn to in case they have questions about projects, transformation and digitalization
  •         
  • Make efficient use of available data for long-term and immediate business challenges, to pursue business opportunities and enable data-driven decision-making within the teams
 

 

 

 

 

Mandatory Qualifications and experience

 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science / IT, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
  •         
  • > 5 years of relevant business experience
  •         
  • > 5 years of experience of (IT-) project management experience
  •         
  • Experience with Agile processes, like SCRUM, Design Thinking etc. but also improvement processes, like First Choice / SixSigma is preferable
  •         
  • Knowledge of HR processes and Shared Service Center environments is preferable
  •         
  • Strong communication skills to local and regional management as well as operational colleagues
  •         
  • Experience in driving digitalization and automation of projects is very beneficial
  •         
  • Excellent IT skills desirable, e.g. workflow automation, case management, systems design, information technology
  •         
  • Experience of data modelling for BI reporting and APIs is beneficial
  •         
  • English (mandatory) & French (beneficial) language skills
  •         
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  •         
  • Sound knowledge on Change management concepts and practices and proven stakeholder management skills
  •         
  • Ability to raise questions or concerns, based on sound analysis, in a professional way
  •         
  • Strong analytical skills
  •         
  • Business user of Microsoft Office and Teams (Excel, Microsoft Projects, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.)
  

Additional desirable qualifications and experience

 
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE, SCRUM or equivalent)
  •         
  • Proficient knowledge about HR processes and exposure to ticketing tools,HR / payroll systems (e.g. GlobalServiceNow, Oracle HCM, ADP)
  •         
  • SixSigma Certification, Green Belt Level / Advisor First Choice
  •         
  • Design Thinking
  •         
  • UX/UI design
  •         
  • RPA (e.g. UiPath)
