SL(MRU) Limited, a subsidiary of Silver Levene (the largest ACCA practice in the UK having grown to over 85 staffs and 17 Partners based in London) is recruiting a highly motivated HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The office is based in Quatre Bornes.

 

Working as an HR and Admin Officer, your duties will include updating HR documents and staff records, reviewing company policies, ensuring legal compliance, recording sickness and holiday leave, filing employment contracts, and creating statistical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Follows up on approved training in favour of the employees in terms of registration and follow up on refund with relevant authorities (prepare G1 and G3)
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility management.
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in HR and administrative roles.
  • Good Communication skills (English & French) 
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
