We’re looking for a passionate YEP HR Trainee to join Mautourco and gain valuable HR experience while growing with our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team

• Assist with recruitment processes

• Support employee onboarding and training initiatives

• Help maintain employee records and HR databases

• Assist in coordinating HR-related activities and events

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for HR and people development

• Good communication and organizational skills

• A proactive and positive attitude

• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources or recently completed Degree in Business Administration, or related field

• No prior HR experience required, but an interest in HR is essential
