As a HR & Recruitment Assistant/Clerk at Albert Group., you will support the HR department in recruitment and admin tasks. Your responsibilities will include m assisting with the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role is essential in helping us maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, exit processes, and policies.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Human Resources
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR software (Vipertex) would be a definite advantage.
