The HR officer provides general day-to-day HR support services across the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributes for the attainment of HR objectives
- Performs HR operational tasks
- Participates in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Performs recruitment related activities- Local and International
- Provides consistent updates employee related HR key dates such as probation period end, end of employment, joining date
- Conducts HR Surveys
- Participates in events & HR Projects
- Participates in Grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Provides support for Expatriate Management
EXPERIENCE
3 years in a similar position
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Good communications skills
- Computer literate
- Well organized
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sound Knowledge of Employment Rights Act
- Knowledgeable about HR procedures such as HRDC, payroll, attendance
