Responsibilities:
Various HR Acitvities including:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Compliance and Labour laws
- HR Policies and Procedures
- HR Administration
- Perform accurate and timeous data maintenance, processing and updates
- Provide generalist support and advice to business units and employees
- Prepare and update comprehensive monthly reports
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
- 6 years' experience in generalist and administration HR.
- Strong Knowledge in:
- Recruitment and selection principles and application.
- Employee labour relations principles and application.
- Application of relevent legislation
- Application of policies and procedures - Skills in facilitation and coordination, business writing communication, problem solving and decision-making, active listening, interpersonal, ability to build trust, attention to accuracy and detail, change management, consulting, numerical.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft and computer technology and proficiency in HR software.
- Personal Attributes: Empathetic, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable and professional.
