We are looking for a dynamic and committed HR Officer to join our HR team. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various HR functions with attention to detail and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate the induction of new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Create employee profiles in the system and manage probation periods.
- Handle exit interviews and manage related documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and address grievances promptly.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
- Ensure employee records are maintained accurately and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate training programs.
- Approve non-award courses on the MQA platform and manage HRDC G1 and G3 processes.
Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the medical insurance process, including enrolment and claims.
Expatriate Management:
- Manage expatriate-related HR functions, including work permits and compliance
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR systems and platforms.
