We are looking for a dynamic skilled HR Officer. The Hr Officer will provide support to the HR department in all HR and administrative Matters
Main duties:
- Assist in the day-to day operation of the HR function and duties
- Active in the recruitment process of the company for all type of profile
- Filling all employee’s document
- Records and control employee records (Attendance, local and sick leaves) in the system
- Create and implement onboarding plans for new employee
- Assist in performance management process
- Develop training and development programs
- Prepare data to be send on payroll
Profile
- Having 2 years relevant experience in HR Fields
- Able to communicate effectively with people within the organisation
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Conversant with MS office (Specially excel)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
