HR Officer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the recruitment process of Operatives and junior Staff (Job Adverts, Screening, Selection, Hiring and Onboarding)
•Accountable for the Welfare and Well-being activities of the company, and the organisation of all Arts, Culture, and Sports events
•Participate in all Disciplinary processes and matters, and be involved in Industrial Relations
•Ensure the administration of monthly departmental meetings of the company
•Responsible for Employee Relations and the follow up of issues raised by employees through the different channels
•Responsible for the communication of all relevant HR Information through dedicated channels
•Liaise and order with Suppliers the different items related to employees and ensure the delivery as per deadline
•Do Purchase Orders and other administrative duties for the HR Department
Qualification and Profile:
•Degree in Human Resources, Management, or any other related field
•5 years of working experience in an HR function, and exposure to an Industrial environment is an advantage
•Computer literate – Intermediate MS Office, Time & Attendance Software
•Well versed in Local Labor Legislations and Industrial Relations

•Dynamic, detail-conscious and well organized
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills (spoken & written) in French & English
•Capable of displaying a high level of confidentiality
