HR Officer- Xtruline

Xtruline transforms a large variety of thermoplastic polymers. Xtruline applies diverse extrusion techniques, which capacitate the production of tubes used in the manufacturing of medical devices.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

* Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

* Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

* Manage employee benefits administration and inquiries.

* Support performance management processes

* Assist in HR policy development and implementation.

Requirements:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant qualification.

•             At least 2 years of experience in a HR generalist role.

•             High level of organizational and time management skills.

•             Very good written and oral communication skills, both in English and French.

•             Muti-task, and ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

•             Confidential and discretionary nature
