The Organisation is looking for an HR Manager that will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employment process, including recruitment, payroll management and administrative matters.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible of updating the roster and timetable planning of employees in a timely manner.
2. Ensure that that the HR systems (Payroll, HR, PMS, ESS) are correctly updated.
3. Develop human resources policies, maintaining and updating policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as required. Ensures that Company Policies and Procedures are implemented, communicated and adhered to.
4. Involve in all matters relating to employee relationship and HR issues in line with company policies.
5. Lead and facilitate the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the hiring process.
6. Deal with grievances.
7. Implement disciplinary and termination procedures.
8. Develop, implement and annually review compensation programs; review job description as necessary with the collaboration of HOD’s; analyse compensation to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the company.
9. Performance evaluations to be scheduled organized and monitored.
10. Ensure that the employee recognition program is followed.
11. Plan the annual HR calendar.
12. Manage the various contracts/ invoices from the different suppliers/ service providers.
Skills & Experience:
1. Bsc/Msc in HR Management or any relevant field
2. Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role
3. Experience in Sicorax Payroll/SAP HR
4. High sense of commitment
5. Solid Communication Skills
6. Working experience in Retail industry would be an advantage
7. Clean Certificate of Character
