HR MANAGER

Mc Donald's Mauritius is currently looking for a candidate with proven experience to work as HR Manager in our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership and support to the Operations team and Office Staff on all HR systems and assists in implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
• Builds capability of key customers in all aspects of Human Resource management.
• May be responsible for the supervision of other HR staff.
• Key customers include the Human Resource team, Restaurant Management and Office Staff.

Profile required:

• Proven strong generalist experience as an HR at relevant human resources position (at least 2 years).
• Experience in hospitality industry is desirable.
• PC literacy (MS Office, Excel in particular). Experience with Sycorax software is desirable.
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communications skills..
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
