Mc Donald's Mauritius is currently looking for a candidate with proven experience to work as HR Manager in our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and support to the Operations team and Office Staff on all HR systems and assists in implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Builds capability of key customers in all aspects of Human Resource management.
- May be responsible for the supervision of other HR staff.
- Key customers include the Human Resource team, Restaurant Management and Office Staff.
Profile required:
- Proven strong generalist experience as an HR at relevant human resources position (at least 2 years).
- Experience in hospitality industry is desirable.
- PC literacy (MS Office, Excel in particular). Experience with Sycorax software is desirable.
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills and strong communications skills..
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
