Our client (well-known company in the IT sector) is currently looking for a candidate with proven experience to work as HR Generalist in their prestigious organization.
Roles and Responsibilties:
- Assist in the day to day HR operations of the company
- Work in collaboration with the MD and Head of HR regarding all HR endeavors
- Support Human Resources by working on special projects and assisting with general administration
- Supporting the company in terms of correct procedures and policies
- Address disciplinary as well as legal matters and grievances according to the laws
- Maintain knowledge of existing employment laws
- Abide by company enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
- Perform any ad-hoc functions as assigned
Profile required:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 3 to 4+ years of proven experience in HR
- Experience with the Unions and in a manufacturing industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Well versed with Ms Office
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
