RESPONSIBILITIES: The HR Executive manages recruitment, onboarding, staffing, probation, payroll support, HR letters, and ensures compliance with labour laws, training, employee welfare, and health and safety standards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment and Selection:

Ensure job vacancies are regularly updated on My Job portal.
Retrieve and review CVs from job portals or direct applications.
Assist in the candidate selection process by shortlisting the best candidates for interviews.
Coordinate with relevant departments to plan and schedule interviews

  • Employee Onboarding:

Manage the preparation of employment contracts and all necessary documentation for new hires.
Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed before the new employee's first day.
Organize and conduct induction sessions to introduce new employees to company policies and culture.

  •  Manning and Casual Staffing:

Continuously update staffing levels and monitor for any manpower shortages.
Manage casual staffing requests, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and operations.

  •  Probation Follow-Up:

Monitor and support employees during their probation periods, providing feedback to line managers.
Follow up on performance evaluations and ensure appropriate actions are taken at the conclusion of the probation period.

  •  Letter Requests:

Prepare and issue various HR-related letters, such as confirmation, recommendation, or other employee documentation.

  • Additional Responsibilities:

Support the department during the payroll process.
Organize and assist in employee welfare initiatives.
Coordinate and track employee training, ensuring compliance with HRDC procedures.
Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Develop and utilize negotiation skills in HR-related matters.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree / licence Bac+3
- At least 2 years' working experience in the field of HR 
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Computer Literate mostly in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work on multi-tasks and handle pressure
- Self motivated and keen to learn
- Mature and can drive tasks to near perfect
- Elegant and can captivate
- Participative, positive and calm
