Our client in the education sector is seeking to recruit an HR Executive who will report to the Head of School.

 

Responsbilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Manage the hiring process for teaching and non-teaching staff, screening resumes, organising interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Compliance:
  • Ensure the school adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for staff to enhance skills and performance.

Policy Development:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, evaluations, and attendance on HR software.

Disciplinary Procedures:
  • Ensure that disciplinary procedures are conducted as per the laws.

Exit Interviews:
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to know the reasons for departure and identify areas for improvement for the school.
Profile:

  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Relevant experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
  • Experience on SICORAX HR preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills , organised.
  • Flexible, open minded, takes initiative willing to learn and adaptabe.
