Our client in the education sector is seeking to recruit an HR Executive who will report to the Head of School.
Responsbilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the hiring process for teaching and non-teaching staff, screening resumes, organising interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Compliance:
- Ensure the school adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for staff to enhance skills and performance.
Policy Development:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, evaluations, and attendance on HR software.
Disciplinary Procedures:
- Ensure that disciplinary procedures are conducted as per the laws.
Exit Interviews:
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to know the reasons for departure and identify areas for improvement for the school.
Profile:
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management.
- Relevant experience in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
- Experience on SICORAX HR preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills , organised.
- Flexible, open minded, takes initiative willing to learn and adaptabe.
