We are looking for the right candidate to join our HR Team. He/She will be responsible for all the administrative part of the Human Resource Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the recruitment process, carrying job fairs, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and carrying out reference checks.
Monitor and ensure daily accurate recording of employee attendance on the timekeeping software system , including roster, overtime, absences, and leaves.
Participate in the Welfare Organisation
Collaborate with Hod's & Supervisors to provide accurate attendance data for payroll processing, including verifying time records and resolving discrepancies through exception reports.
Process Transport refund
Assist the HR Manager whenever needed
Follow up on medical scheme plan, claims and amendments.
Assist in the compilation of HR data / analysis through generation of reports for HR Manager review.
Coordinate staff transport
Perform any other cognate duties within the scope of responsibilities.
Filing
Skills & Experience:
Minimum HSC
Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Mauritian Labour laws and Remuneration orders
High level of confidentiality
Clean certificate of Character
Good communication Skills in French and English both written & verbal
Proven experience working with Microsoft office
Candidates available immediately would be an advantage
