Our client in the banking sector is seeking to recruit an HR Business Analyst.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, compile and maintain HR related statistics and submit recommendations/reports to Management.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as and when required.
  • Development and Implementation of HR strategies.
  • To provide human resource services through the effective administration and management on human resources systems, procedures and policies.
  • To supervise and provide proper guidance and coaching to subordinate staff.
  • Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures.
  • Plan and implement training programs.
  • Support delivery of all HR activities.
  • Help in compensation and benefits management & process payroll accurately and on time, manage employee benefits enrollment, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Any other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
Profile:

  • Holder of a degree in Human Resource Management with 6-7 years proven experience in HR, experience in the Banking sector will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
  • Good understanding of the local employment laws.
