Espace Maison Ltée is looking to recruit a dynamic and self-motivated HR Assistant to assist in the day-to-day running of the HR Department.
Key Result Areas:
• Assist in all HR and Administrative tasks
• Monitor HR-related documentation
• Manage the administrative part of L&D within the company
• Generate Monthly KPI
• Execute various HR Projects
Required profile:
• Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources Management
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and business acumen
• Sense of confidentiality and discretion
• Agility to deliver at pace with a can-do approach
• Proficiency in MS office (excel, word, power point)
• Flexible, organized and pro-active
