- To perform HR related administrative tasks - To create personal files and filing of documents - To update leave records, medical insurance and pension lists - To contact candidates for interviews

 

•To assist the Head of HR & the Human Resources department as a whole in the day to day administrative tasks
•To keep up to date of any changes in the Labour laws
•To compute monthly overtime, transport and any other HR related calculations which have to be forwarded to payroll for processing
•To create personal files and ensure that all filing of documents are properly done
•To update leave records, staff lists and other HR records including (medical list, pension list ect)
•To update the organisation charts on a monthly basis
•To prepare job adverts
•To contact candidates before and after interviews
•To conduct interviews
•To prepare letters and contracts of employment
•To handle staff queries and make follow with the relevant departments
•To prepare monthly reports i.e. dashboard and HR reports
•To coordinate and make follow up of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with the relevant institution
•To perform any other cognate duties and may be requested by Management
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French is a must
Relevant knowledge of labour laws in Mauritius
- Fully IT literate in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet etc)
- Experience in HR / Administration dept

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- To always act as a professional and keep all accessed information and records confidential at all times
