Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of customer issues via TeamViewer and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Talk clients through a series of actions via phone until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. N2, N3 or N4).
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Qualification/Skills:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalence
- Good IT literacy in software and hardware
- 1-2 years’ experience preferably in a French call center environment
- Good verbal and written communication in French
