Assisting the Guest Relations Manager in all matters pertaining to Public / Guest Relations of the hotel.
Main Responsibilities
* To assist the Guest Relations Manager in all matters pertaining to Public / Guest Relations of the hotel, in organising the hosting and hotel visits of Eductours, Press Trips, Events and Corporate Groups, Beachcomber Sales Offices, Travel Agencies, the Media and Social Media in general, in respect of the marketing, commercial and sales strategies of the business;
* To supervise and handle guests check-in and follow them during their stay to optimize positive feedback, in particular regular guests and special recommendations.
* To handle guests’ complaints and ensure that adequate arrangements are properly finalised and closed up; and
* To ensure also the role of a wedding coordinator.
