Guest Relation Manager

- Manages all aspects of the department including planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures. The Guest Relations Manager needs to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through anticipating and exceeding the specific needs.

 

Managerial:

  1. Plan, Forecast and Budget the revenues and cost for the Guest Relations Department.
  2. Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provide constant learning & development and implement action plans

Operational:

  1. Welcome and meet guests and conduct proper follow-ups regularly.
  2. Brief guests about the resort and provide them with a thorough explanation of their respective package. 
  3. Ensure that VIP rooms and related benefits provided to VIP guests are ready before arrival of guests to facilitate smooth check-in of guests and thus minimizing guests’ discomfort

German Language will be an advantage.
