We are looking for a talented Guest Experience Officer to join our Leisure Cluster!
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome the guests upon arrival and brief them on the tour
- Ensure that all areas are kept clean and safe at all times
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, to walk and stand for long periods of time, and occasional moving work equipment
- Gathers feedbacks and profile information of guest and records them in the trace report
- Ensure that complaints are attended promptly and handled in a professional manner according to standards
- Encourage guest to like, post and rate the tour on social media (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Instagram, Facebook)
- Conduct tours for ticket holding guests & tour operators
- Ensure that tasting and retail stock are optimised and sales are recorded accurately, and money are handled efficiently
- Assume responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of grounds, products and facilities, and reporting damages or concerns
- Ensure that ticket and shop sale transactions are handled in an efficient, accurate, courteous, helpful and timely manner
- Assist superiors in carrying out the daily/monthly reports
- Take part in internal training courses and to implement accordingly
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
Your profile:
- HSC
- Previous experience in sales, or related fields
- Technical aptitude for managing online platforms and booking engines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Holder of a valid driving license and a clean Certificate of Character.
- Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
