We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Officer to independently manage our brand’s online presence and bring innovative ideas to the table. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in graphic design, photography, and content creation.

 

1. Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design creative and eye-catching visual content for digital platforms, including product flyers, banners, catalogues, and promotional ads.
  • Develop artwork for both online and print materials (social media posts, brochures, newsletters, posters, etc.).
  • Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or other relevant tools.
  • Ensure all branding and visual materials are consistent with the company’s identity and tone.

2. Website Management

  • Take full ownership of the company's website — updating content, adding new features, and continuously improving user experience.
  • Upload and manage new products, blog posts, images, and promotions on the website.
  • Monitor website performance and suggest enhancements to increase traffic and sales.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts with regular, engaging posts.
  • Create and execute content calendars, plan promotional campaigns, and monitor audience engagement.
  • Design and schedule stories, reels, product spotlights, and interactive content to boost visibility and follower growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
  • Respond to customer comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.

4. Marketing Campaigns & Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, seasonal sales, and event marketing.
  • Design and deliver advertising creatives, both digital and print, for promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans that align with sales goals and business objectives.
  • Suggest innovative ideas and strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

5. Photography & Visual Media
Basic video editing skills (for reels, TikToks) will be an advantage.

  • Take high-quality product and promotional photos for use on the website, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Edit and enhance photos to ensure a professional, polished appearance.
  • Maintain a digital asset library of visual content, properly categorized and up-to-date.

6. Market Trends & Brand Awareness

  • Stay updated on current design and social media trends, especially in the retail and e-commerce space.
  • Propose new creative concepts and features that add value to the brand’s online presence.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to differentiate the brand online.
