Qualification: Holder of a diploma/degree in automobile mechanics or mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification or experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities: Responsible for the management and operations of the garages of the company
Duties
- To ensure proper and timely repair/maintenance and servicing of vehicles
- Plan and develop work schedules and ensure discipline at work
- Ability to understand and resolve mechanical issues
- Prepare annual budget and track on the objectives set
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports as regards to the department performance
- Provide training as and when needed
- Develop and implement quality standards to be followed in the repairs and maintenance of vehicles
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Reporting to the Managing Director or to an officer designated by the company
