You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and insights to our clients across a diverse range of industries. Your role will encompass various aspects of the consulting process, from understanding client needs and challenges to designing and implementing effective solutions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor
  • Project Management: Lead and support consulting engagements from inception to completion. Develop project plans, allocate and manage resources, manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and tailoring existing ones to address client-specific needs and industry trends. Provide actionable recommendations for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants within the team. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team performance and professional growth.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and identification of new growth opportunities.
  • Identification and assessment of gaps within clients' corporate governance frameworks, risk management practices, internal control systems, internal audit, and compliance functions.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes, and developing a structured roadmap for improvements.
  • Design and development of comprehensive risk management frameworks, including risk appetite statements, risk registers, and implementation of enterprise risk management (ERM) approaches.
  • Development of internal control frameworks and evaluation methodologies in accordance with international standards (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
  • Provide advisory on internal audit strategy, structure, and audit methodologies.
  • Design of compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to improve governance, risk, and control awareness across client organizations.
  • Supporting clients in the implementation of GRC technology solutions, including business requirements gathering, vendor selection, and end-user consulting.
  • Leading client engagements, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality consulting services.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate governance, risk management, internal control, internal audit, or compliance roles.
  • Specific Knowledge: Deep understanding of GRC frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, Basel. Knowledge of risk assessment techniques, internal control testing, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in at least one industry sector, with an understanding of specific governance and compliance challenges.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex risk data and provide actionable insights. Excellent research skills are also required.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication including the ability to present complex GRC concepts to diverse stakeholders clearly.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead project teams effectively, inspire collaboration, and foster a positive culture within the consulting team.
  • Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment, adjusting to evolving client needs and priorities.
  • Responsibility: Demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for delivering high-quality outcomes independently.
  • Technology Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel; familiarity with GRC tools and software is an advantage.
