Provide financial advice and services to private and corporate clients on a range of investment matters, including buying and selling investment trusts and shares. Help clients invest their money in the best opportunities, ensuring administrative efficiency and accurate reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV).
- Execute buy/sell orders initiated by clients or fund promoters and manage related administrative tasks.
- Ensure efficient back-office operations for AAMIL Asset Management Ltd and future funds created for clients or internal use.
- Establish and review administrative, accounting, control and risk management procedures to ensure smooth operation of asset management services.
- Oversee accurate and timely accounting and reporting for all transactions made by AAMIL for investment funds, both for internal and client accounts.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to fund management.
- Address day-to-day client queries regarding any managed assets or funds.
- Review and update marketing materials used to promote AAMIL's services and products to clients, intermediaries and contacts.
- Review and update procedural manuals for AAMIL Asset Management Ltd.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Job Requirements – Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of investment trusts, shares and other investment instruments.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- High level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
