BDO IT Consulting Ltd is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated Functional resource to be part of our System Implementation team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate business needs into system functionalities and identify gaps
- Document and validate client requirements and business processes
- Perform system configuration and functional testing
- Assist in data cleansing, conversion and migration activities
- Deliver user training
- Provide functional support to users
- Analyse and troubleshoot system/user issues and coordinate issue resolution across users, technical team, and vendors as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree holder in IT, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Prior role as a Functional Specialist on system implementation projects
- Understanding of Corporate or Fund Administration business processes
- Proficiency in accounting principles and systems
- Hands-on knowledge on NavOne, Business Central, or Microsoft Navision software.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
