About the role:
The role of the Full stack developer is to ensure that the digital products we build are delivered with the highest quality possible to our clients. These products are:
- Budget module: application that allows HR contacts to create budget simulations based on data from the payroll tool. These simulations can also be compared with each other in the application. In addition, the user can compare a simulation with actuals from the payroll tool to follow up budgets.
- My International Employment: application that allows our consultants to create calculations for split payroll employees and expats. Information can be shared via the tool with the employee/employer and the tool is able to send out questionnaires to request more information from the employee/employer.
- Warrants: application that allows customers to offer warrants to their employees. Through the tool, an employee can subscribe to the warrants plan that is being offered by his employer and he is also able to manage/follow up the sale of his/her warrants.

Which tasks can you expect?
Overview of the main tasks:
- Functional and technical understanding of user stories, if necessary, in close collaboration with different stakeholders so that business requirements are clearly understood.
- Implement those user stories in team-oriented collaboration in an agile way of working.
- Coordination of tasks within the team according to requests from our stakeholders and agreed prioritization schema.
- End-2-end responsibility for assigned software functionalities.
- 2nd-Level-support which includes troubleshooting of issue
What do you have to offer?
- 3-5 years of experience in development
- Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories regarding the software you’re responsible for.
- Good English communicator (verbal & written)
- Successfully completed studies in the field of informatics, mathematics or similar degree, or completed training as an IT specialist in the field of application development.
- Substantial knowledge of software development using C# as programming language and knowledge on Azure DevOps (Branching, pipelines, …)
