Provide leadership, direction, supervision and motivation to the Front Office team
- HSC level or equivalent / SC level with professional training experience
- Diploma with specialisation in Front Office from a recognized institution (NC4)
- 3 Years experience in hotels or resorts as Receptionist or Guest Relation and strong familiarity with hotel management system such as MS Office tools, Opera, Micros, Win HMS…
- Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
