We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. He/ She will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, greeting visitors, and performing a variety of administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as ordering of stationery, data entry and filing
- Manage and maintain conference room schedules and appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all messages and returning all missed calls
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience as a receptionist, telephonist, or front desk coordinator preferred
