Job Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear performance goals and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  2. Strategic Sales Planning

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches.
    • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns that generate leads.
  3. Client Relationship Management

    • Build strong relationships with high-value clients and partners.
    • Support the sales team in closing complex deals and addressing client concerns.
    • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Performance Monitoring

    • Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Product Knowledge & Advocacy

    • Stay updated on forex market trends, trading platforms, and the company’s product offerings.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert to guide the team and clients effectively.
  • Experience:

    • Proven success in sales management, preferably within forex, financial services, or trading industries.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a sales team.
  • Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and trading platforms.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance software.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Languages: Fluent in english and Hindi language  is strong advantage.
