We are seeking an experienced and proactive Foreman to join our construction team. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities, ensuring project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the metal and steel industry.

Job Description

  • Read shop drawings.
  • Check workload of team.
  • Plan new task and coordinate with workers.
  • Submit completed daily time sheet to Team Leader
  • Verify trip of driver monitoring.
  • Check loading and unloading of materials and verify DN and P.O.
  • Assist each team in task allocated to them.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulations on site.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to construction teams to maintain productivity and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting of construction activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum HSC or Technical Certificate in related field.
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction, preferably in the metal or steel industry.
  • Time management to complete tasks.
  • Maintain safety standards both in work and on site.
  • Good behaviour and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license (3.5 tons) and clean driving record.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and equipment.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
  • Valid driver's license.
