8 | Ensure that allergens manipulating process and offering for allergic guest is respected as per set standard | |||||||
9 | Organise Debrief meetings with HOD+ Assistants related to audit done | |||||||
10 | Follow up on closure of non-conformities | |||||||
11 | Work in collaboration with the Quality Manager for the preparation of all Certification and Accreditation audits | |||||||
12 | Manage all Kitchen and F&B departments maintenance related issue (Weekly snagging and Lead weekly Maintenance meeting) | |||||||
13 | Be the contact point of SGS and be the accompanying person during audit | |||||||
14 | Conduct continuous training to existing & new team-members on Food Safety & Hygiene related topics (HACCP procedures, Allergens, etc.) | |||||||
16 | Assess level of responsibilities of key positions with regards to respect and adherence of hygiene standard, HACCP procedures, etc. and report to management | |||||||
17 | Compile information and draft appropriate answers related to guest complaints (food poisoning,hygiene issues, etc) | |||||||
18 | Take in charge all external contractors service related to F&B department (Pest control, Specialized cleaning, etc...) | |||||||
19 | Ensure that hotel is operating under existing legislation (Food Act) and authorities’ regulatory requirements & protocols (Ministry of Health, Tourism Authority, Beach Authority, etc.) | |||||||
20 | Ensure that all kitchen and F&B Team Members hold valid Food Handlers Certificate | |||||||
21 | Assist in preparation of budget related to Food Safety & Hygiene projects | |||||||
22 | Suggest and initiate improvement initiatives relating to Food Safety Management System |
