- Renew all licenses before expire date.
Responsible for the list of food handlers,
Carry out all inspections with internal auditors of the company and with the
governmental companies as well as external corporative companies.
Plan and organize all actions of training of the Staff in Health and Safety
Carry out monthly trainings with the Staff of the SOPs (Standard Operating
Procedures).
Review, monitoring and maintenance
Implement and coordinate all the programs of HACCP of food hygiene and the
SOPs.
Responsible of the daily registered temperatures of all the fridges, deep freezers,
cold rooms, cold and hot buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Keep a record of the temperatures and Sanitary Hygiene conditions
Requirement inspection, according to the SOPs,
The maintenance incidents must be informed and a copy must been given to the
Food and beverage Supervisor.
Ensure the general state of cleanliness and order in the kitchen, warehouses, dry
store rooms
Monitoring that all facilities are in optimal working conditions.
Weekly collection and sending of incidents reports to all heads of specific
departments and a general report of all areas to the General Manager (GM).
Verify personally the records of the swimming pool
Make a Follow up with the medical dispensary
The position is considered as a Position of trust and supervision and entails
demands for responsibilities.
